On 25 March we had a breakfast seminar for managers and others responsible for the skill levels of their AARO users, about the aims of our courses.
We presented the idea behind having personnel regularly take our courses in different areas of AARO and gave examples of what they learn, that certain simple but fundamental routines are important to know, and the risks of working in the system with old know-how.
The seminar was fully subscribed and very nice. There were many good questions and also an occasional “A-ha!”. Many thought it was interesting to get a glimpse of the courses from a different point of view.
Afterwards, all participants was given a candy filled Easter egg, which was much appreciated.
