Two employees who have worked here for many years with us now have new responsibilities. Johan Baarsen assumes responsibility for Product Packaging and Emelie Carlsson takes over Johan’s old position as head of Customer Service. Both are members of our management team.
– Product packaging involves consultation with the development department and the market, ensuring that the future development and function of the application is optimal and greatly appreciated, assuming responsibility for the process when taking a new version to market.
– Customer service includes both customer support that education; Emelie’s mission is to ensure that our customers continue to receive the same high quality of service when you seek our support and expertise.
