For the second year in a row, AARO has received the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification for our offices in Sweden and Nairobi, Kenya!
Maintaining this certification for another year proves that the positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment we continue to build together is present and effective, and that our staff feel valued, respected, and heard.
The survey is provided by the global company Great Place to Work. The certification, which is awarded for one year, is based on an extensive employee survey of workplace conditions, anonymous feedback from employees, and an evaluation of key cultural and organizational qualities.
