Earning this certification on our very first employee survey with the certifier, is a rare accomplishment for newcomers, further amplifying our pride!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the certification based upon?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Great Place to Work certification is based on the Trust Index\u00ae employee survey, provided by the global company Great Place to Work. The certification is valid for one year and the award is based on an extensive assessment of workplace conditions, anonymous employee feedback, and an evaluation of key cultural and organizational attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
