We express great importance in ensuring the basic human rights of our employees in accordance with the core conventions of the International Labour Organization.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Inclusion\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1103\"><strong>Inclusion<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1114\"><span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> shall be a positive and professional workplace for all, with an including work environment. High levels of satisfaction and good health among all employees is something that we as a company promote and value. We respect our employee\u2019s right to privacy but require openness and loyalty towards the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> group and the interest of the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> group. As an employee, I will always perform my work to the best of my ability, and not compromise my performance to personal gain and benefits. I avoid conflicts of interest as far as possible.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Environment\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1652\"><strong>Environment<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1665\"><span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> shall always show a high level of dedication and responsibility towards the environment and its protection. We use and promote environmentally friendly technology and minimize environmental destruction. As an employee at <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span>, I will choose environmentally friendly options and solutions as far as possible when travelling.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Confidentiality\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1995\"><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2012\">All employees at <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> are bound to confidentiality by law according to our employee <span data-highlighted=\"true\"><span class=\"_11q7k1zt _5pio5fkk _189eyh40 _1il9nqa1 _19lclxqc _d0altlke acronym-highlight\">NDA<\/span><\/span>, covering both <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> as a company and our customers. This applies to intellectual assets, such as our processes, work methods, concepts and ideas that are important to the success and business of the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group. As an employee, I will participate, protect, and manage this commitment with the company\u2019s interest in focus.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Personal-data\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"2422\"><strong>Personal data<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2437\">The handling of your personal data is a subject to the care and knowledge required in accordance with laws and regulations and applies to any sensitive information, whether it is data of employees, customers, or others.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2658\">The processing and caretaking of customers\u2019 personal data shall be limited to the customers\u2019 instruction and be according to applicable legislation. This means that I as an employee at <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span>, will follow the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> guidelines for handling of customers\u2019 personal data. These guidelines are found in our <span data-highlighted=\"true\">IT<\/span> processes regarding handling of our customer data.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"External-communication\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"3012\"><strong>External communication<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3036\">All information from the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group shall be professional, accurate and have a high level of ethical standard. Communication with media, the public, our customers, and financial markets shall be according to our processes and procedures.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3275\">Public authorities shall be addressed in an appropriate and transparent way. Public information communicated about the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group shall be provided by the <span data-highlighted=\"true\"><span class=\"_11q7k1zt _5pio5fkk _189eyh40 _1il9nqa1 _19lclxqc _d0altlke acronym-highlight\">CEO<\/span><\/span> in collaboration with management team, depending on the nature of the information required.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Financial-responsibility\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"3527\"><strong>Financial responsibility<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3553\">The <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group and its accountants shall ensure that all transactions of financial means have been recorded in accordance with local law and standard accounting principles.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Customer-and-supplier-relations\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"3727\"><strong>Customer and supplier relations<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3760\">Our customers shall always be treated with understanding, respect, and proper attention. As an employee at <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span>, I will always try to satisfy our customers to the best of my ability with our business ethics in mind. Our customers\u2019 personal data shall be protected and handled in accordance with local laws and regulations, and our policies for personal data protection.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4131\">Suppliers and competitors to the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group must be treated impartially and fairly. Our way to compete on the market is based on good products and service. We always greet suppliers and competitors with a high standard.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"Corruption\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"4352\"><strong>Corruption<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4364\">The <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> Group stands strongly against all forms of corruption. As an employee at <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span>, I will never engage in any form of corruption. I will also never offer or accept illegal or inappropriate gifts for the purpose of personal or business-related gain for myself or others. I will never make arrangements where gifts have an intermediary meaning or purpose that can be precepted as any form of corruption. All <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> employees shall be very careful while receiving offers or accepting gifts from others in a business-related situation where the purpose might be to influence business decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4959\">If I discover any violations of rules and guidelines, I will notify my immediate manager. If this is not possible for some reason, I will report the incident to the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">CEO<\/span> or other member of the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> management team. <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> does not allow any form of repercussion against those who in good faith reports incidents\/violations against our Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n<h5 id=\"About\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"5309\"><strong>About<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5316\">All questions about application or interpretation of this Code of Conduct shall be addressed to the <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> management team. The management team holds the responsibility to take any action they see as necessary to investigate potential violations reported to them.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5579\">The guidelines from the Code of Conduct applies to all <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span> staff as well as people acting on behalf of <span data-highlighted=\"true\">AARO<\/span>. The manager has the responsibility of making sure that this Code of Conduct is followed by everyone in their department.
