This ensures access to new functionality and provides the most recent bug fixes and security updates.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Note!<\/strong> Customers dependent on the index functionality in AARO Lease IFRS 16 cannot upgrade to AARO25. They should wait for the version where this functionality is reintroduced, unless they can manage without in the meantime. <span data-teams=\"true\">For customers managing extra asset classes, upgrades will require additional planning to ensure a smooth transition. In the first version of the product the development focus has been on Security (defined as user events such as sign in\/sign offs and logs related to user access administration), system management changes (such as edit accounts, edit periods, edit dimensions etc.) and data entry changes (changes to data entry input accounts).<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AARO Lease IFRS 16<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>In version<strong> 25.0.1<\/strong> we have re-introduced the possibility to configure the Share distribution with up to two dimensions.<\/p><p>The possibility to Terminate or Delete contracts through Bulk edit was added in <strong>25.1.<\/strong> However, we have still temporarily disabled the index functionality. Note that indexation can still be handled manually with an update in the payment plan. In <strong>25.1<\/strong> we have moved and simplified the Index config from the payment plan to the Contract index section in the contract view. This change will have an impact on upgrading customers since the index configuration parameters must be reset to meet the new format. Other changes in this version have mainly focused on finetuning the product since the first release of a rewritten Lease logic.<\/p><p>Customers with extra assets classes (leasing class) will require additional manual actions, just as before. <span data-teams=\"true\">Your Key Account Manager is available to guide you through these changes.<\/span> But we now have a more standardized way of implementing a fifth asset class when needed.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AARO<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>We want to highlight a step taken to improve the user experience in reports. From <strong>AARO25.0.2<\/strong> we have removed the preferred selection memory (last selected value) for Period and Time Series when used as parameters. Now, the saved period(-s) or the current period settings for Time Series are applied instead.<\/p><p>In <strong>AARO25.1<\/strong> we have implemented SIE file conversion to TXT in the Web client menu Import Admin in addition to existing Import functionality of TXT files. We support conversion of SIE file formats 1 &#8211; 4. The former conversion tool SIEFileConverter.exe and Windows client menu IMPORT are considered legacy and are not supported in future versions. SIEFileConverter.exe is removed from the current and future versions. For text file import the Web client menu Import Admin should be used.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deactivated AARO Lease IFRS 16 features from AARO24.3 and later:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"560\">Index functionality \u2013 the possibility to use system functionality to order an indexation on a bulk of applicable contracts will be introduced in a reworked interface.
